What is your minimum order quantity?
100 pieces for lapel pins and badges, 50 pieces for challenge coins and medals. Smaller runs are possible at a higher unit price.
Is there a mold fee?
A one-time mold fee applies to new designs and is shown clearly in your quote. Reorders of the same design reuse the mold.
What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?
Hard enamel is polished flat and smooth. Soft enamel keeps the color below the metal lines so you can feel the edges; it costs less and holds fine detail well.
What attachments can I choose?
Butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, deluxe locking pin, magnet, safety pin, screw and nut, or tie tack. Medals come with a ribbon of your choice.
What packaging do you offer?
Poly bags as standard. Backing cards, velvet boxes, coin capsules, wooden boxes and gift tins are available on request.
Is your factory certified?
Yes. Our partner factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification and has passed a Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar ethical trade audit. Copies are available on request.
How do I pay?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal or Western Union. We usually take a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment.
